Pleasant experience.

Took our Lexus in for a yearly service, and took advantage of the clean friendly comfortable waiting area. Refreshments and snacks were provided and appreciated by all of the patrons.

Car was in for 10,000 mile service . I used valet service which was excellent. I always am pleased with staff and service and have been a customer for over 25 years ,thank you

Friendly fast service

Amazing customer service. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They were very accommodating when I needed a last minute loner car for the day. This dealership as well as the staff never provide unsatisfactory service.

Great Dealer

Took 2021 Lexus RX-350 in for routine oil/lube/tire rotation. Service was professional, quick and friendly. Can’t expect anything better. Everyone there is customer focused and friendly.

Ended up buying a 2019 Rx350.

Kari Scherer is a super sales person. She paid for my oil change after I bought my new car. Bought my husband and I lunch. She is very knowledgeable about the car and stayed with us the whole time we were there. Never pushy or seemed impatient. Great person.

I am a loyal customer having leased 6 cars from this dealership. The last leasing experience was by far the worst I have ever encountered. Car that was leased to me was not what I wanted and the financial person was high pressure and very lengthy. Overall a dreadful time.
