Great customer service, great facilities, awesome service people, best dealership in the SC area as far as I am concerned. They have always taken care of me and my truck needs/repairs/service. When I am looking for my next truck, Fred Caldwell will be the one I look to purchase from!

Purchased a 2023 Lexus IS 500 from Fred Caldwell, painless purchase. Gave a good price on my tradein. Fair prices on the purchase. F&I was quick, no high pressure. In and out in 2 hours.

There was an issue which my tires could not be rotated (assumed it was from last rotation) the problem is the service rep didn't tell me anything. I always mark my tires before a rotation. I called him out. He admitted that I would have never known of I hadn't marked my tires. This has never happened with the tenured employees. Both the rep and the guy doing the work are new. Mark your tires, oil filter just to check the work is being done.

I have been going to Fred Caldwell Chevrolet for over 3 years now and can honestly say that their service department is the best I have experienced in my 72 years. I sold new and used foreign and domestic vehicles and worked up to manager of one of the dealerships.Their service manager, Aron, is the best I've worked with. He is professional, kind, informative and is detailed in everything that needs to be done and explains everything afterwards. He is accurate in the timing of the visit as well as the dollars involved. I could not ask for better treatment. Thank you!
