Recall and tire problem

Great service ! Service staff worked hard to find why tire was slowly loosing pressure. The recall part was replaced in a short time.

Excellent service from my local Dealer and mgr Danny, My mytouch system is still operating below expectations, and is not proving acceptable service, I have been told ford is aware of this issue and I am awaiting a solution?

2017 Explorer

Great customer service. Easy to talk with and explained all the paperwork. My new car was detailed and full of gas when I went to pick it up the following day. They explained all the new gadgets on my car. The price was great and I am very satisfied with my purchase. Burns Ford in Lancaster SC is the place to go for a stress free car buying experience.
