As usual, the service was prompt and thorough. From the time the service writer took the info until she brought my keys to me, all went just as it should.

I bought a 2014 F-150 from Burn's. I was looking for a specific color (Sunset Metallic) and in mid August, I ordered my truck through Burn's. I had contacted other Ford dealers and was told that if I ordered a vehicle it would have to be a 2015 model. When I contacted Burn's and told them what I wanted, they said no problem. They would/could order whatever I wanted. Understand that my order was solely predicated on color and the color I wanted was being discontinued in the 2015 models, so if I had to order a 2015, then I could not get what I wanted. Burn's said we will get what you want .... and they did. I had never ordered a vehicle before. Usually I just bought something "off the lot." This was a totally different experience ... a great one. Actually enjoyed the buying experience.

Internet salesman was great and very helpful! Would definitely recommend salesman and dealer to family and friends. Unfortunately they did no have a lot used trucks.
