Thoroughly enjoyed my buying experience with Brian Anderson. First time I bought a car by myself! Love my new car?especially the heated seats and steering wheel and blue tooth hands free cell phone feature.

Waiting Area

Service was great, but in the customer waiting area there was popcorn but nothing to put it in. You should check your inventory to keep your guests happy.

Truck service

F150 had shifting problem x2. Dropped vehicle off after hours per key drop with notes as to problem. Despite multiple calls to service, no one would give me a definite service date. I understand it was thanksgiving week and deer hunting week. When they did get to it things went quickly...it was also a authorized Ford150 replacement(FSR) with extended warranty on that problem. I wish someone could have been more honest with us.

Recall repair.

Came in for the fuel tank repair and was told about 2 hrs and so I sat down in the waiting area and about 45 minutes the service writer came by and told me that my Escape was done - so I had some on my hands and decided to go take a look at the new 2018 Escapes and met Sheldon Roston and be xxxx if I didn't end up buying a new 2017 Escape - better price. Sheldon did a very good job and I will recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Yes I have told people about the good service here at this dealer.

Always a pleasure

I came to Les Stumpf Ford on November 28 2017 for an appointment with Gary Cyr to explore options for my lease end on a 2014 Focus. We looked at some 2017 models and I found the color I had hoped for. Gary is always a pleasure to work with and this was the 3rd Focus I had leased with his help. Everything went very smoothly and I drove home that night in my new car. I just love it. My thanks to Gary and everyone else at the dealership. I wouldn't want to shop anywhere else.
