I HAD TO GET MY BATTERY CHANGED BECAUSE i HAD TO JUMP IT TWICE AND THEY GOT ME IN THAT DAY AND IT ONLY TOOK ABOUT 1 HOUR AND HAD THE OIL CHANGED AT THE SAME TIME.

Great Experience

I purchased a used 2017 Ford Mustang convertible. There were a couple issues when I first took delivery of the car but working with Daryl Steinhoff the sales person everything was resolve quickly and efficiently. Also involved with the solutions were Mike Morrissey in service and Kelly Schillerman in the Quick Lane. My thanks to everyone for their efforts and professionalism.

like the new layout of the quick lane

it took a little longer than expected for my oil change and tire rotation. i know there was a tire sale going on, but it looked like the boys were getting tired later in the afternoon.

Oil change tire rotation

This was during the "tire sale". You need to have more staff to answer the phone and handle walk-ins. Called several times; no answer. Stopped in several times as a "walk-in"; no time available. Asked about an appointment; week and half out. Finally showed up as a walk-in at 7:15 a.m. and told I'd have to wait 2 hours; decided to wait. Oil change finished in about an hour. The "Quick Lane" is anything but quick.

2017 escape

First time at this dealership and very pleased

We took a two hour drive to look at a new vehicle at this dealership we came across on their website. The dealership was very clean and kept up very well. We could not have asked for more from our salesman and finance officer. Absolutely not pressured into anything and very pleasant working with both of them. Great job, for my preventive maintenance

The quick lane is a very efficient and nice place for that necessary preventative maintenance. Kelly, while very busy, took time to ensure that I would not wait too long for the service I needed. The addition of the car wash is a nice customer service feature. Thanks, Ron Olson
