One of my better buying experiences.

Jeanine focused on the vehicle I wanted. The sales experience was a little bit better than the service department. The service department is excellent.

The staff was very helpful. The gal at the counter did a fine job of explaining everything to us. The work that your shop did was fine. I struggle with two things. First we had back up camera issues on our 2012 Explorer. It is still under warranty and you shop said yes there was a fault on the computer for the camera so they cleared the alarm and said if it happens again come back and they will fix it. That means another $100.00 deductible to me. I expected better. Second was a front end passenger side strut plate and bearing issue. Your gal called and said yes its covered under warranty another $100.00 from me. But the shop said they would fix the bearing and when the strut plate fails bring it back and then they will fix it. So they know its bad its in the shop but wait and bring it back later. She did say because it was only failing but not "failed" yet the guy in the shop recommended fixing it but that would be $600.00 out of pocket for us. I have been a millwright at Kimberly Clark for 28 years. Never have I tore into a job and noticed issues that will come back later and bite me and chose to not fix it, that would be like changing the oil and not the filter. Again the work your guy did was fine other then the camera and strut plate. That's the conversation that I have in the mill with everyone. The next time the camera has a fault maybe Berrgstrom Ford will fix it under warranty, same with the strut plate that is "bad but not broken". Now the next e-mail in line after this is from Ford wanting to know how things went

excellent experience

Highly recommend my salesperson, Jeanine. Made my car purchase very comfortable, and follow-up was much appreciated. Tour of the dealership gave me a lot of confidence in getting my new car serviced there.

New car purchase

Out of all the cars I have bought in the past from many different sales people Casey Davis was by far the best. Very relatable and listens to what you want and any concerns you may have. Very friendly and helpful!! We appreciate all of the service we received! Thank you Les Stumpf Ford!!

Last minute college student purchase!

In the past 5 years, we have purchased 6 vehicles, between my husband and I, and our three children. We have never had a bad experience. Our daughter was in the market for a new vehicle to bring back with her to college in Madison, but was on a tight time crunch. We stopped by the dealership at 2:30 pm, and she drove away with her 2015 Ford Focus by 6 pm! We could not ever ask for better service from Corey, Brent, Zach and the entire Stumpf team! Thank you all again for a seamless, almost waaay to easy transaction! Courtney loves her new car!

Customer service at Stumpf is always excellent
