exceptional process, quick and easy much faster than any other purchase I have made in many years...I called and setup an appointment, sales person was ready and informed and all involved were extremely helpful. My sakes person "Bernard" is not listed on the list of sales people in this review. He was exceptional and I may purchase another vehicle through him in the near future.

Brought the exact car in I wanted, even if was further away. They knew we would be happy with it! Was the color scheme we wanted plus more. Everyone was very helpful! 1st time there. Matt,Ty the service manager were excellent to deal with. Was nice to have my vehicle tires rotated and oil changed in and out in 45 minutes and with some of the kindest folks you'll ever meet. I'd recommend anyone to this dealership.

Okay, so my actual car salesman was super nice and helpful. However, I walked in the store letting another salesman know my actual situation. He told me everything would be okay and I don’t have to worry. Fast forward to AFTER I have signed ALL of the paperwork, the promises that were made to me of course can’t be honored. Which would have been fine, if I didn’t just commit myself to a car. So, basically don’t go in with high expectations and don’t listen to their promises.
