Great facility

Not only is the service timely and professional, but the waiting area is very, very nice. I am extremely happy that I bought a Toyota.

Great Service Personnels

Service is great. They are professional ,very considerate of their customers and this is only dealership I go for service since I bought my Tacoma Truck.

Routine Oil Service and tire rotation.

My son and I came to the dealership for routine oil service and tire rotation. During the wait I was told I needed an air filter. Had it changed my son and I got into the car and noticed a warning light on the passenger side saying the air bag on that side was not activated. It was not on when I arrived. Went to the end of the dealership, turned around went back to the service writer to report the issue. She said they had not touched it. I asked would the air deploy if I had an accident. She said no I left uncomfortable about the issue. I stopped at a restaurant had my son get out and I sat in the seat the same thing happened to me. I tried it again and it worked for me. I was disappointed that the service writer did not have someone look at it. I called back to the dealership and asked to speak with the service manager and I was told she was in a meeting . That was around 11 am and it’s 4:30 pm now and no call or follow up. I’ve come to this dealership for a lot of years with no problem but with this Safety issue I expected a better experience or response about my issue or a scheduled appointment to make a repair to this problem. Nothing very disappointed with my experience today. Poor Customer Service regarding my issue.

Highlander

The staff at Bob Richard s Toyota were friendly and accomdating. My vehicle was returned in a timely manner. The car was washed and looked great!

2019 Avalon

This was the only toyota dealership that had my color vehicle in stock. Everyone is helpful and extremely friendly. They worked with me until I was comfortable with my purchase. I did not feel pressured at all.

Went in to have my vehicle serviced ended up purchasing another vehicle I am trading mine in. As far as I’m concerned the only Toyota dealership worth dealing with.

Another great buying experience

We have been buying Toyota’s here since 2008. Scotty is our guy! Always a great experience. We are always treated great in the buying process and we have had excellent experiences with the service department as well.
