This is the third new vehicle we have purchased from Bob Richard's Toyota and, as always, it was great experience. Quinton Pulley was our salesman for the last two and I would highly recomend him. The sales manager and the finance department also made the purchase go very smoothly and their service department is top notch.

Deal was mostly done via phone, as we were not local. Angel was very helpful and knowledgeable. Process at the dealership was smooth and an overall pleasant buying experience.

Test drives on two vehicles were informative. But requesed additional information that was to be emailed was not received Recived only after call and email, 24 hours later. Call and second email request for pricing information received no response. Nor did my TWO online pricing requests for the Highlander I was interested in purchasing . Purchased from Milton Ruben 2 days later.
