Service department was quick, polite, and efficient.

Service department was quick, polite, and efficient. Agents were courteous and informative. While waiting, was looking at new inventory. Only complaint was that there wasn't a large selection to peruse.

Service was fast and on time. Promised one hour or less for oil change. Although my car was not washed (included in service)

Very sad to say that we did not have a good experience,

Very sad to say that we did not have a good experience, for the first time. I think too many cars were scheduled for service at the same time, and the staff was overwhelmed. We had to wait 3 hours for very minor service, and then there was a mixup, and we had to wait another 30 minute while they "found" our car. Two supervisors came to our rescue and were wonderful. I suspect it is a scheduling problem -- too many cars arriving for service at the same time. Please get a handle on it, because I don't want to leave your company!

From the moment I arrived at the dealership, my car was king and I was queen. Service staff approached immediately and Cory Pope took the time to listen to my concerns about the car. The waiting area was clean, spacious, and arranged so people could keep social distance. Free coffee machine was available with choice for cappuccino, latte, etc. The services was performed within the promised time-frame. The best was when my car was ready and I noticed it had been washed. The price was very competitive and I was able to use a competitor coupon. In all, the services is 5 stars, the facilities are clean including clean restrooms and the service staff are courteous and professional with Cory Pope being the best.
