Over all, the dealership is clean and everything else is fine for a Toyota dealer. I appreciated the work from Miguel Santiago and Luis. Miguel was very helpful from the day we started the reservation to the day we took the car home. Miguel did follow up and offer to answer any questions we have a bout the new RAV4 after the sale already completed.
