I took my 2020 Toyota Camry in for its 20,000 mile

I took my 2020 Toyota Camry in for its 20,000 mile service with an appointment booked a month prior to. Appointment was booked for me to wait for vehicle. I waited 8 hours for my vehicle to be ready. It was ready past 5pm and my appointment was at 9:30 am. They replaced an air vent that was broken on my vehicle & it required them to remove dash board on my vehicle. They left greasy hand markings all over my vehicle (steering wheel, headliner, pillars, windows, etc). They also cracked the dashboard in several areas from improper removal & reinstallation. They also scratched the leather on my shifter and gave a deep scratch to the plastic found on my side pillars. Will not be returning. Irreparable damages without replacement. Highly upset. Did not provide courtesy wash either like before. They are way too over booked. Will not be returning.

I had an appointment at 1pm for oil change.

I had an appointment at 1pm for oil change. I arrive and I I have to wait 25 min for somebody take my car. Before that, they take the orders from another cars that arrive after me. And finally my car car was ready almost 5pm just for oil change and tire rotation. I won’t come back to that dealer. I do not recommend it.
