Great service and they don't push or pressure you to buy

Great service and they don't push or pressure you to buy the vehicle. They worked with me as far as my price range. Sending my friends and family to you all for a new car.

Staff is friendly, easy drop-off process. My oil change took about as long as they initially estimated (1.5 hours). They called me when it was ready, and just to sign off on any extra services, but I didn’t actually pick up my car until another half hour later. When I opened the door, I was expecting them to have vacuumed at least the floor of the front seat, but instead they left a large paper “floor mat”.

Very responsive despite not having an appointment!

Very responsive despite not having an appointment! I had a nail in one of my tires and had an AutoNation road hazard policy, so took my Audi to this dealership because it was the closest to my house. They inspected the vehicle and found another nail in the other rear tire and got both tires replaced through the warranty claim. I was so happy with the service that I replaced both front tires and got an alignment as well.

Honestly this dealer is a great place to get service but

Honestly this dealer is a great place to get service but honestly this past experience left a sour taste in my mouth. Just came in for an oil change and when I got my car return it came back with the deepest scratches known to man. What makes it infuriating is the car literally got detailer the day before for an event and had to bring it back. Even the detailer said it was too deep and pretty much permanent damage to deal with. Honestly would find another dealer to avoid this issue entirely.
