From the moment I arrived at the dealership, the sales guy- Carrillo and the Finance guy- Edward were super helpful. They showed me the car in my budget I was look for also the process of paperwork was super smooth and simple. Everything Excellent! From the moment I arrived at customer service, to the delivery of my car with all the service completed. Excellent attention, explanation of the services, and also the necessary recommendations that the car requires at the moment. I am really Very Satisfied with all the service obtained. ❤️❤️ This was my first car purchase experience by myself. John (I don’t have his last name) but he worked at the winter park auto nation of Toyota was a pleasure to work with. I wasn’t even the one looking for a car and ended up driving out in a awesome new 2022 tundra.

I have seen some changes since purchasing my vehicle here

I have seen some changes since purchasing my vehicle here in 2017 that decreased it from excellent to good. It is difficult to reach staff, such as requesting estimate for time and cost of maintenance/repairs when making appointments, having service performed timely, and having a more pleasant peaceful environment while waiting on service. I used to be able to sit and use any table (not just 1 of 4 cubicles) but it is very loud everywhere and the movies are often blasting volume where you hear it very loud in cafe where they also have a tv playing or inappropriate such as show/movie for very young children. I also get too many emails asking to purchase my vehicle. At one point, I would be working while waiting for service and was approached by multiple sales persons for several months but that has stopped. The last time I was there, I asked for a curteosy outside wash (which they began doing again) and received my vehicle back without it being washed. I am trying to decide based on the past 1.5 years with these changes if my next vehicle purchase will be here or not based on all these changes for the less than postive (not for the better). It used to feel really welcoming and "home" like.

I went in for my 10,000 mile service without an appointment and all the work was completed in less than 1 hr. As a busy professional I don’t have time to waste so the quick service is certainly appreciated!

I went in for an oil service and they damaged my vehicle.

I went in for an oil service and they damaged my vehicle. The Service department is a clown show. the person who greeted me was a kid who didn't really listen to me when I stated that I just wanted the oil changed and tires rotated. My black truck went in clean and come out with water spots all over it because they washed it without my permission and parked it in the sun to dry. The service tech, got greasy hand prints all over the truck, and sometime in this fiasco they scratched the hood. I would rather pay another garage then get the rest of the prepaid service at this dealer.

I gave my card to the gentleman that identified himself as the service manager and asked him to pass it on to the GM. That hasn't happened. (No surprise.)

The person I made the appt.

The person I made the appt. with was abrupt. There was confusion with the appt. time. I made the appt. for 8 a.m. and I was told twice by the confirmation recording the appt. time was 7:45. The person that greeted me upon my arrival was very courteous. Service was completed within 1 hr. Thank you.
