During this crazy car buying time , auto Nation Toyota winter park provides a great buying experience, price is fair, no extra mark up .If you order a specific configuration of vehicles,it may take some time. our sales person Mundo Geagea keep us communicate during our waiting period.Updated the status weekly, answer all the questions we have , when I expect the car arrive.When the vehicles arrive they finish detailing the car . All the paperwork was done within a hour.Will definitely buy from them again , thank you.

Autonation is the worst dealership for services that I ever had. First of all I scheduled the service at 8:00 and supposed to be done in 100-1:30, but I left at 12:00 (after 4:00 hours). 2nd - I asked to check the AC control panel that is not working and the technician not even checked, when I took my car still not working and I headed back to the advisor to let him know, then he went to ask the technician and now he decided to charge $100 to check!! Now I scheduled in Toyota of Orlando much better service. The technician left a stain on my passenger seat and not even cleaned!! If you care about the customers you should contact me back to fix all these issues!! DON’T go to Autonation.

I have always had great experiences at this location however this time I spent 4 hours waiting for my car to be serviced. Only after 2 hours I was there I was asked if additional work needed. And that extra work took another 2 hours. Customers should be informed right away of additional work so it can be started right away
