My most recent experience with Palmer Dodge service

My most recent experience with Palmer Dodge service department was for an oil change. I was able to wait for the work to be done. The service technicians were friendly and courteous. They were also respectful of my time. The work took less than an hour. I would highly recommend Palmer Dodge maintenance department for any work on my car in the future.

Service was more than satisfactory. Was dealing with an issue from a previous service and the team took care of it with no issues. I don't know who worked on my truck.

Service department is awesome!

Service department is awesome! Great communication throughout the job. They had both service jobs on my truck completed in the time frame they told me. Couldn’t be more pleased. This is the only dealer that will service my truck moving forward.

Rich in the service department was great to work with! Very good at giving me an idea of what could be wrong with my Jeep & let me know it would likely be covered by my warranty. He kept me informed about the progress of the repair & at the end it was covered by the warranty!

Customer service in the service department is very good but the prices are not very reasonable and competitive labor rates are through the roof and your problem may still not be resolved.
