Every single time my vehicle is in for service there’s
Every single time my vehicle is in for service there’s either a dent or scratch or damage. Every single time sadly I’ve purchased the vehicle there so I have to return it for certain services. The advisors are pretty cool and knowledgeable. However, the mechanics that do the work are subpar in my opinion. I’m now having to inquire into what’s wrong with my vehicle after their service. Definitely not taking it back there ever again.

I found my Jeep Gladiator online and after I made an inquiry, Jim Miller reached out to me and we began the process of putting the deal together. I am from out of state so Jim worked with me to try to figure out ways, such as rentals, to try and get to ATL the cheapest and most effective way to take delivery. The online agreement minimized the pain associated with vehicle purchases. Thomas and Jim worked with me to ensure that I understood all aspects of the transaction. When I arrived at the dealership Jim and I drove my gladiator and Jim explained all of the features and characteristics plainly and clearly. Afterwards we returned to the dealership and the final paperwork couldn't have taken more than about 10-15 minutes and I was able to be on my way with my Jeep. The efficiency, expertise, and professionalism exhibited by Jim and Thomas are a tribute to the over-all character of Jim Palmer DCJR. I would certainly buy from your organization again and would encourage others to do the same.

After 4 prior new car Experience a I would describes
After 4 prior new car Experience a I would describes this as my absolute worst car by experience. I purchased my vehicle and it spent its first week at the delish due to them not addressing numerous issues. Now 2 weeks after my purchase I have been to the dealership 4 times with my 5th appointment to address moving issues scheduled for Wednesday. The sales department will push you to purchase the vehicle and have you test drive it and go straight inside and make you feel pressured to go inside and spend no time looking at the vehicle you’re interested in. Once your sale is complete good luck getting any support or a call back from anyone. The service department is much better but I feel the influence of the sales department. My vehicle went back under the guidance of the general manger and came backs twice with issues to include a nail in the tire from the dealership to which they told me no issues. In actuality they had maxed my tire pressure in what I can assume was hope of me not noticing the ongoing unrepairable leaks that they ultimately had to replace the tire at their expense after I addressed The Prime after Two separate visits. I am now on my 5th visit and have had requested a call back from the general manger and get no response. I have A terrible water leak that I now feel was a know issue like the last 4 issues I’ve had. This dealership will hope you don’t notice a problem until after they can charge you for it then pretend they’re doing you the favor by trying to make it right. But ultimately, they still will fall short.
