I was promised a refund on tow charges.
I was promised a refund on tow charges. The maintenance Mgr ignored this. So palmer basically stole $150 from me

we actually live within 5 miles of another Jeep Chrysler dealership and drive-by to additional ones in order to make the track to Palmer Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. However, it is well worth the time and effort as Palmer‘s Service. Staff is infinitely more knowledgeable, accommodating, and most importantly, ethical and honest.

In the last 4 services I asked specifically to have crossing tire rotation and it was not done. Kept complaining about it but looks like the mechanics or some of them do not care
