We had a great experience with Palmer Dodge. Everyone was courteous and helpful. There was no pushiness and we were able to get exactly what we wanted. Our sales rep Willem was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Bought a used car here a few years, great experience.

Bought a used car here a few years, great experience. Brought different car here for maintenance, first time no issue however the latest experience turned me off from bringing a car here ever again. Beware of pressure to fix darn near everything if you're here as a woman alone. Like I said, it may have been a one off service guy that I was dealing with this time, but I haven't been made to feel that unknowledgeable about cars since I was 20. Very frustrating experience. It's been a few weeks and the items that we did not fix (buy they said were immediate need fixes) don't seem to be an issue after all, for now anyway.

Going to see Hiram at the service department is like

Going to see Hiram at the service department is like going to see my big brother. I trust he'll take care of me and I trust he's looking at my car with a caring eye, as if his baby sister is about to get in the car. I appreciate his oversight and honesty. It's all about trusting the person to do right by you, right? I mean, I'm trusting someone to keep my car safe therefore keep my family safe. It's nice to drop off my car to someone who feels like family.
