Bought a ram 1500 sticker said class 3 trailer hitch I

Bought a ram 1500 sticker said class 3 trailer hitch I didn't notice that it wasn't on the truck until a few days later I contacted Casey about it he just feed me a bunch of bull and said Dodge made a mistake on the window sticker and wouldn't make it right. I no that Dodge doesn't do that and the truck had the wiring harness in the console, he lied to me about this and instead of driving another hour out to Palmer Dodge and trying to get it, it wasn't worth all the trouble because he had already made it clear I wasn't going to get it so I bought one on line. I was going to buy a Jeep Compass from y'all for my grandson so he cost Palmer Dodge another sale, he has made Palmer Dodge look bad and that is why I am giving a 1 star rating and if you look at google rating now you will see that I changed it to a 1 star. he ruined the whole process.

Told me before diagnostic that I could replace my radio

Told me before diagnostic that I could replace my radio at a specified price if that was what the diagnostic indicated was required. I was unable to get this information from other dealerships. The radio was replaced at the specified price in the specified time frame. Also, when talking to a car salesman while waiting for the work to be done, I learned that the Pacifica Mini Van could be obtained, not just as a hybrid, but with a straight gasoline engine and retain the full flat storage area with all rear seats stowed.
