Overall we had a very good experience with your dealership and managed to buy a much needed family vehicle at a price we could afford. It helped that I was shopping with Chelsea and Nick Bishop, I am sure because her father used to work for this dealership for many years as a sales person, then went into management. Her dad had called ahead and talked to Jody alerting him that we would be in. Chelsey said her dad actually was the person who trianed Jody. Both Tony White and the financial officer Thomas was great at making the process easy to understand and both have great personalities to boot.

The service department was a mixed bag.

The service department was a mixed bag. The overcharged me for a battery change and took 4 1/2 days to get to my car. It was a struggle to get updates and had to call several times. However, when I picked it the car up there were honest folks that helped and corrected my bill. I don’t think I can trust them though therefore not going back.
