The level of communication and transparency was far worse

The level of communication and transparency was far worse than I'd expected for what was fairly major work. Having to follow up with the rep, rather than being given updates was beyond frustrating. A same day appointment turned into 5 days of worry and uncertainty.

I purchased a car this weekend and Lee was amazing!

I purchased a car this weekend and Lee was amazing! He was so personable, and provided excellent customer service. We traded my car in and was able to meet our needs with the vehicle! I forgot my title to my trade in and was able to bring it in and get an extra key for my car with no problem! Everyone treated us like family! They made sure that we were comfortable while getting everything pushed through for financing! From start to finish, Palmer did a great job!
