I was charged for a service I received but did not

I was charged for a service I received but did not request and the coupon I brought in for $15.00 off was not applied to the bill. However, I am told that these things will be corrected when I come in next week for new tires. Other than that, your service is always top notch! Multiple people in your organization have been awesome!
