I felt our salesman, Edwin, was knowledgeable about the cars and intent on my finding what I wanted. When I gave him a reasonable price range, he helped me to stick in it. This is my second Dodge and I would likely buy another Dodge there again.

Rich was amazing!

Customer service is great, quick oil change, I am not

Customer service is great, quick oil change, I am not very happy with the service provided by phone to book the appointment because she was trying to rush the phone call and gave me the wrong information.

The communication from the service department was

The communication from the service department was terrible on a question I had about a fee on my bill. Over a week later I finally seen the service manager to answer the question and he supposedly put a credit on my bill but then I tried to use the credit on a purchase in parts and they didn’t see the credit on my account. Needless to say at this point the communication is in the tank. I worked at dealers in the automotive industry for 38 years I know a little bit about what I’m talking about this is inexcusable. And the last dealer I worked at if I’d have done this he’d be having a meeting with me big time cause he was all about customer service and doing the right thing the first time especially doing what you say you’re going to do for a customer.

Well I’d like for the credit to be on my account as I was told as I’ll be back to pick up a part when it comes in. So I’d like to use it on that purchase and I plan on doing busy there as I bought my vehicle there pls your close to where I live.

I had a very good experience getting my vehicle serviced at Palmer Chrysler Jeep Ram. The service rep/advisor (Andrea Paz) was very knowledgeable and efficient in arranging Uber transportation to and from my home while my vehicle was being worked on. She was more than accommodating in granting a military discount to reduce the total cost of my service visit. Thank you, Andrea!
