Roswell Infiniti is the only place that my Husband and I will buy our cars. The customer service is top notch! We have leased other Infiniti vechiles here before. We ALWAYS have had the best experience!!! My Husband and I never had issues with any of our Infinities. If and when our cars needed fountains services, they always had loaner cars for us. Recently my Husband and I both got new Infinities. Our leases were up. We had a amazing experience. We worked with Rusty who was very knowledgeable, professional and super hard working. There was the Alex who is the sales manager and Derek who is the finance manager. They were all wonderful and made the process very easy. They even stayed later for my Husband and I. No one was pushy. They truly had our best interest at heart! They really care about their customers. This is a first class dealership! I highly recommend Roswell Infiniti.

They are all so helpful and knowledgeable! I alwsys have a goid ecpeience. Their work is good. I feel like they look out for our best interests

Easy car purchase experience

The used Infinitis were in such good condition. Rick was such a no pressure sales person. He stayed late and came in early. He even offered to give me a ride. The warranty with a certified used car was the deciding factor.

Rick's the Man

Rick O'Leary was great for us. He hit rock bottom and lost many things. At the moment of his 2nd surgery, on the same hip, he decided to stop asking for things for himself and began asking people if he could pray for them. He now prays for others, which feeds his own spirit. He is not just a salesman. He is a praying man who wants the best for others. I can appreciate that. We all should appreciate that.

Lexus Advisory Board Member leases New Infinity

Unfortunately, Nalley Lexus Roswell New car sales manager , although I am a long time, multi vehicle owner of Lexus including as an Advisory Board Member, informed us in our recent visit that the advertised leased offers were incorrect and, as such, the payments were nearly double including his recommendation to buy, or lease, a new vehicle at another brand and dealer. We followed through with his recommendation and leased a brand new infinity qx30 at a non Nalley dealership. Who's laughing now? Infinity Roswell.

Quick and Easy

Alexis listened to what I needed and directed me appropriately. I had visited a Lexus dealership and the guy would not stop talking. He was not interested if finding out what I wanted! Very poor. I did not even test drive one. I called Alexis and had her move forward.

Terrific Experience!!!

I bought a used 2014 Lexus ES 350 for my wife. The car was in excellent condition and offered at a remarkable price. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and friendly. A very comfortable environment. My salesperson, Bill Gray was great! Confident, but not pushy. I drove several cars and Bill was patient throughout the process. Very engaging and funny individual. At no time did it feel like a traditional buying experience. One of the better car buying experiences in my lifetime. I will visit this dealership again for my transportation needs.
