Very professional and prepared

We went to Roswell Infiniti because the Highlanders in Nashville were all too expensive. For some reason, they were much cheaper in Atlanta. We found our Highlander, and I was able to work with my salesman Bill to get all the details about it before traveling 4 hours to get there. I was skeptical due to the price difference, but there were no surprises when I arrived. They also had the paperwork ready, the car standing by, and everything else ready to go. We were out within 30-45 minutes tops. Its nice to deal with someone who is prepared. I recommend them and my salesman Bill Gray.

Phenomenal Experience

I recently had an issue with my Infiniti G37 that was purchased in September of 2017. David Busey was my service writer through my multiple visits with the service department. I contacted David regarding an unknown issue with my vehicle, and he was able to have the issue addressed the same day. David was able to maintain open communication throughout the entire time my car was in service, and he also ensured that I understood the appropriate next steps with my vehicle. I greatly appreciate how Infiniti was able to have my vehicle fixed in a timely manner, and also the professionalism that David exhibited. David is prime example of how a member of the service department should interact with a customer. Thank you David and Infiniti.

Responsive, Professional, Helpful and Kind

I thoroughly enjoyed Samuel's approach to service, as well as his responsiveness. As I am from Charlotte, NC, he assisted me daily, for a little over a week, phoning, texting, and emailing me information in order to help me make a more informed buying decision. Finally meeting him in person was an even better experience, as he took the time to get to know me more and ensured that I was comfortable and well taken care of. I feel that I got a great car at a great price and would without hesitation recommend Samuel Szucs to anyone looking for a high touch, no pressure, car buying experience.

Great experience!

Stephany stepped up to the plate after our original salesman was tied up. She took over the sale and was very helpful and friendly. She made purchasing a car an easy experience. We would definitely return to Roswell Infinity and tell our friends about our experience.

Always a Great Experience!

Jamie in service always takes great care of me. He is personable and explains routine service and repairs clearly. I was able to use a coupon that added up to some excellent savings. I absolutely love my G37 and wouldn't take it anywhere else!

Best Dealership in North Atlanta

I've bought too many cars to say (to the public, anyway) and I can say with confidence that Roswell Infiniti is the most professionally managed dealership I know. Derrick trains his staff well and hires the most dedicated professionals in the business. You won't regret doing business with these folks. They work as a team and don't play games. They deal with you straight-up and respect your time. This is the seventh car I've bought from this dealership and it's the best yet!

Dealership staff is outstanding

I've bought a LOT of cars in my life and no one makes it more enjoyable than Roswell Infiniti. Derek is a true professional who has hired other professionals in Wendell and Stephany. I've bought two cars from this dealership in the last three months and theye are extraordinary.
