Had the car I was long for, easy to locate on the lot, test drive was a decent distance and allowed time to evaluate the car. Ultimately the deal was agreed a week later. No car being traded left me in a difficult spot to get to the dealership, they were happy to send one of their staff and cars to pick me up. Experience was a good one

I took my new (used) Q50 in on a Saturday morning for service. Parts had to be ordered. I was given a Q70 loaner (two steps UP from my car!). My car was also ready a whole day sooner than expected. Fast, friendly and professional. Also, if you have a service appointment and wait for your car, there is a waiting area with snacks, drinks and a television. MANY Infiniti employees walked by and they all greet you and make sure you are being helped.

I knew what I wanted for my newer car and had done some homework. I think the salesman recognized early that was the case and he worked with me to produce the car and the deal. He is very good and not once did I feel he was being "pushy"; he was low key but got the deal done! I am very happy with my car.

Samuel is one of the best to do it! After a unfortuante experience of my 2016 Infiniti getting totaled out I immediately called Samuel and told him what happened and right away he was trying to find a solution. He of course was concern about my saftey but he made sure that I had a pleasant experience. So 2 cars down within 6 months and hopefully I won't see him again until my lease is up lol.
