I came in for my 10 o’clock appointment at 9:40 am.
I came in for my 10 o’clock appointment at 9:40 am. I was told there were at least 60 customers ahead of me. I waited in the waiting room for 3 hours and had free coffee. Nice coffee machine, many choices. Customer service employees were very nice and helpful.

They are some of the most dedicated individuals that I've encountered. I appreciate THE ENTIRE service team (HELEN, ALAN, FABIAN, DAVID, GABRIEL, LITZY AND ONE OTHER GENTLEMAN WHOSE NAME I CANT RECALL). Edi and Arnold in the sales department are great as well!!!!
