I had a terrible experience with Nissan of Downtown LA.

I had a terrible experience with Nissan of Downtown LA. I feel completely deceived. The dealership made a misleading contract in which, due to their own error, they listed the wrong model of the truck I purchased. When I discovered the issue in the paperwork, I went back to the dealership immediately. They brushed it off like it was nothing. After I stated I would take legal action, they sent me a signed letter canceling the contract and instructing me to return the vehicle. But when I followed their instructions and brought the truck back, they told me everything was fine and refused to honor the cancellation. The entire process was incredibly unprofessional. José Escobar, the person who handled my contract, provided awful service. I hope my legal action results in serious consequences for this type of dishonest behavior.

Ozzy is my mechanic, he did such a great job on my regular routine service. I will be back in the next three months I used to go to get his services in Carson, but he has been such a great representation of what it is to truly care about their clients that I was willing to travel to Downtown just to make sure my car got it's routine care from a trusted mechanic And someone who has turned into a beloved friend through Nissan.

Overall my experience was great.

Overall my experience was great. The sales representative was friendly, professional and kept me updated about the status of my car repair. Even though he did levied a coupon to reduce my bill, the parts and labor were expensive.
