Service department is great.
Service department is great. The sales department was a little disappointing. Only reason I’m not completely satisfied is, because they no longer offer a full tank of fuel on a used car purchase.

A better explanation of why the work was done on camera.
A better explanation of why the work was done on camera. The tech did sloppy work and the zip ties have already broke. Wires hanging from the frame. Then made me feel like they are doing me a favor by not charging me. It cost me $60 to get an uber to pick up my truck from Parker. I will not bring my truck back

I was invoiced for a "fix that might not hold", that Art
I was invoiced for a "fix that might not hold", that Art said he would not charge me for. Art is going to keep his word and fix that on Monday. When my tires were rotated, the tire pressure was not corrected for the front vs the rear tires. I got a low tire warning within 24 hours of picking my truck up. This has happened twice now. Please correct this within Service Department. There was a 40% difference between the estimate and the final cost on the invoice.
