We did not interact with Steve Thompson, so I'm not sure who he is. Our salesman was Ron Ramos. Our dealings with Ron were honest, friendly and straight forward, which we appreciated very much. We had been researching the type and year of vehicle we were interested in for a couple of weeks. When we located the vehicle at Interstate Ford on the internet, we knew it was reasonably priced before we drove there to look at and test drive the car.

Was able to negotiate online. Vehicle was prepped on pickup day. Phil was knowledgeable on the electronics checkout. Robbie was no fuss on financing. The vehicle was exactly as advertised. Honest people working for an honest dealership .
