Sales team experience is typical that of a dealership: Dishonest. Service team views customers as an interaction to be tolerated. I get the impression that the service team views customers as livestock. Mechanics are hit & miss on behaviors and skills. In general, the dealership experience isn’t something one would hold up as a pleasant or rewarding example.

Check in & check out for service was quick & easy. Waiting area was comfortable and set up for well for remote work. I would have preferred an appointment that would have made the visit shorter for a small software update due to a recall.

I had a disappointing experience with the service I received from Jenna. During my visit, she asked if I wanted my tires rotated, which I agreed to. However, when my truck was returned, she told me everything was “all set” without mentioning that the tire rotation had not actually been completed. I had to ask after watching them work on my truck and me noticing it wasn’t done. Jenna denied checking me in and when she noticed her mistake she said “oh I guess I did”’ When I questioned this, her response was dismissive, and she even rolled her eyes, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Clear communication and basic customer service go a long way, and unfortunately, this interaction fell short on both. I was sent to a tire shop by Jeff who tried to resolve the issue. The tire shop didn’t do the rotation correctly and I now have to go back tomorrow. I bought two new vehicles from interstate and I can’t even get a basic service I had already paid for. I spoke with the owner and he was very kind. However I can’t return for service at this time due to the way I was treated. I have spent over $150,000 there over 3 years and I feel like a tire rotation is a basic request. Jenna was rude when she checked me in and acted like I was bothering her.
