Tech forgot to reset oil life and didn't change air
Tech forgot to reset oil life and didn't change air pressure of tires after rotation. Had to do both when I got home.

I bought my transit van here few years ago and had great
I bought my transit van here few years ago and had great service, but the rest of the group i can't say any good words for the past few years, oil changes and tire services are slow. I Called and scheduled to get oil change and 2 new front tires that needed ordered from another state and an alignment 2 weeks before 12/4/2025 the date of appointment because i no long live in area and was driving 5 hours for appointment. I arrived at 10am, they didn't start on my van till 330pm, i watched the guys in the shop throwing snow xxxxx and standing around while their was 2 open bays open almost all day. They told me I need brakes on the front when I just put all new brakes on in July, here I paid for all four rotors and they only put new pads on back, which I was told they did all new pads under warranty. They found a nail in back tire, and nail was 1inch in on the thread(not in side wall) and they couldn't fix it so I told them to put old front tire on back for temporary and put the good tire with the nail in the van and i will get fix somewhere else, so at least i can leave. They told me they ran out of time and couldn't get to my alignment.. I did not leave till 430pm and had to drive 5 hours back to Paonia in the snow with my van pulling to the left the entire time. Their is no urgency or care in the service department. I sat there and waited 6 and a half hours for maybe 2hours of them working on my van.. Not recommended at all.. Got back to Paonia to look at tire and they never put tire in van so i could fix it... they don't listen at all
