Happy to have found and purchased another cream puff from Powell Motors again. Knowing from my previous purchase several years ago... I again made the trip from Yakima to Portland for a great deal on a quality used car. The "Team" of Vince, Israel and Pam are able to provide well-maintained vehicles at a very reasonable and fair price. Very positively recommend Powell Motors if looking for a quality used rig at a fair price.

Vince Powell runs this family-owned company himself and very differently from the way most other used car dealers operate. A customer usually deals directly with him. He does more work on the used cars he sells. He prices them higher, reflecting their better condition. Prices generally are not negotiable. I was very pleased. He knows the details of each car. He gives the good and the bad without trying to "sell" in the ways that have given used car salesmen a bad name. I have bought a number of cars, both new and used, and I would say this is the best experience I have had.

Excellent customer service. Excellent business follow up on concerns and questions. Very nice car, good value. I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used car.

From start to finish they were amazing! "Israel Aguliar" sales representative took such good care of every detail and question. No pressure! When I left, I was very happy to have followed up on a recommendation from "Brush Prairie Auto Sales" to visit. I now have a beautiful Nissan Altima in my driveway and I will be back in the future. When you think of the stereotype for a used car salesmen, these guys are on the other side of the spectrum ! My experience with their honesty and integrity made my purchase unfold with comfort. Communication was clear, and the product sold represented the product advertised. It was very clear why Powell has successfully stayed in business for so many years,through a changing city. They care about the customer, and want them be satisfied with not only their vehicle, but the whole experience that's embedded in the process of buying a new or used car. I could not recommend them high enough, I was continually impressed with their actions.

The team at Powell Motors is always very professional and helpful when I have a need for a vehicle. Their service is excellent and they do above and beyond to accommodate buyer requests. They also take the time for a complete introduction to the driver of the vehicle once purchased.

Vince , Israel and the rest of the staff are fantastic to work with! Our company van was well past its prime and needed replacement. We have purchased 43 vehicles over the years and we have never been disappointed!!! Vince, never stocks any junk vehicles and they are always the cream of the crop for used autos. You would be stupid to buy from any other dealer!

I was excited to buy a car, but it felt a bit sketchy. The car that I wanted to buy had previous problems, but the actual problem for me was that the dealer had thrown a lot of information at me in a short period of time and it felt overwhelming.

Without even taking a test-drive, my wife and I just bought another car from Powell Motors. It's where we've bought three of our last four cars. Why?
