I was in for a oil change and tire rotation I was greeted by a nice service guy I was in and out within 30 minutes. He even put windshield washer fluid in my car. I had my grandson with me one of the employees gave him a dollar so he could get a snack from the vending machine, I thought that was very special. Overall I had a great experience.

My visit today was great. I was greeted quickly and asked the reason for my visit. Thfe car was checked in my present for necessary services needed and also a check for any recalls. Within an hour i was ready to leave. This was not a schedule appointment but as a walk in. It was a beautiful experience.

Elantra GT at Rick Case Hyundai
Being a previous customer of Rick Case Hyundai, I was interested in trading my Santa Fe for the Elantra GT or the Veloster. Jay was great, letting me drive the Veloster and re-invite my inner child out to play. The Turbo charged version was sporty and sleek. The Elantra GT was my next ride and the the ride was comfortable and sporty. With three steering options it was quick on curves and had enough speed for everything I wanted. Competitive pricing and friendliness of employees made an easy decision. Dealer incentives were also an added plus.

I had a very good experience with the rickcase Hyundai dealer. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Mr. Kwang Helped out with ending my leased car and getting another new Hyundai.
