From the time I walked onto the lot to the time I left RAUL JOSEPH made sure I was taken care of. Raul was very helpful in finding the vehicle that was right for me and my budget. He made sure I was getting the best deal he could possibly offer. Raul was not overbearingly persuasive. He actually gave me information and let me take my time to decide if I wanted to continue with the deal. After my purchase, Raul followed up with me for the next few days (as he said he would) to ensure I was enjoying my new car and to offer any further assistance. The one thing I was disappointed with was the fact that I didn't get a FULL tank of gas with my purchase. This dealership's rule is if the car is brand NEW, then you get a FULL tank. If the car is USED, you ONLY get $20 worth of gas; which in my case didn't even move the needle to half tank. I feel this rule is unjust, especially when I just spent $30K on a car. Used or not, the customers should get a full tank of gas. That's the least the dealership could do since they charge you a standard "$599 dealership services fee", whatever that entails, which is automatically included in your contract. In spite of the gas, I would recommend this dealership only because of the service I received from Raul.

Great sales person and he was there to help us. It took him little while to find the vehicle we came for but he never gave up or make us feel like he did not care. He was running around to find the vehicle and finally he did and made us very happy. He made the process very easy.

Curtis was amazing. I totaled my car and was looking for a used car to replace it. My fiance and I just so happened to stumble across Rick Case Hyundai. Curtis was the first one to greet us. He was very nice and personable. He took the time to access my needs before we went to look at cars. I really appreciate that since a lot of dealers just try to sell you what they want to get rid of instead of trying to understand what it is that you are trying to buy. When it was time to test drive the car I was a bit nervous since I was still shook up from my previous wreck. He was very understanding and drove us to nearby parking lot so that I could test out the vehicle. He was also very knowledgeable about all of the features as well as how the car compared to other cars in its class. After the test drive we exchanged contact info (may I add that he has the coolest business cards ever!). He texted me probably 10 minutes after we left to thank me for my time, which I really appreciate. We stayed in contact for a couple of weeks talking about options and different cars. I finally decided that I wanted a Toyota Corolla instead, but I liked Curtis so much that I told him if he could find me a Corolla in my price range, I would buy it from him even though he was a Hyundai dealer. Alas, the car that I wanted was not available on his lot and I ended up buying from another dealer. However, when I buy my next car, no matter what it is, I will go back to him first. This was the best car salesman that I have ever had and will probably ever have.

Be careful with these guys. I would suggest that you go to the Hyundaii dealership at the Mall of Georgia. This dealership promised me a price in writing for a car that they would not honor. I made special arrangements to fly back into town by the agreed date of purchase to pick up my car and close the deal and the dealership changed the price the day before my purchase. They would not honor the written agreement that I had via email. I have tried to work with the salesperson to resolve but I now believe they are the classic bait and switch dealer. I have heard very good things about the Mall of Georgia Hyundai. Please consider an alternative dealer. Good Luck.

Emmanuel was great. I told him exactly what I needed and...
Emmanuel was great. I told him exactly what I needed and he delivered. I was nervous about choosing a car because I had my previous car for almost 10 years, and although it was time, I was not quite ready for such a committment. Emmanuel, was very understanding with me. I wish him all the success in the world. Although there have been a few kinks with the car, the service department and Emmanuel have been very accomodating throughout the process. I would highly recommend this dealership and Emmanuel. Happy car hunting! :-)

The most customer-service oriented sales staff I have EVER experienced. It's been a long time since I've worked with a salesperson who was not only ultra-professional and courteous, but also had a broad and deep knowledge about all of his products. Fred Scott is that kind of a salesperson. Go into Rick Case Hyundai, and experience Fred for yourself. If you're in the market for a car; low end to luxury -you will be very happy with the price of your car, and also with the concept that the salesperson was 1) truly listening to you, 2) genuinely working for you, and 3) really knew his stuff. No run-around either. They're there to sell cars, and build repeat customers. And they're good at it. End of story.

What a deal and what a wonderful buying experience I had buying my 2010 Toyota Highlander Sport from Rick Case. He set the price...a great price...and left the rest to the nicest..and best salesman I have ever met: Fred Scott. I walked out of there with a wonderful car and and a great deal. I am a widow and had never even been to a dealership, let alone bought a car myself. After browsing several dealerships with my son, I knew I wanted a Sonata or an Elantra, so I did some Internet research and decided on the 2011 Sonata with navigation. I saw one online that was at this dealership so, since it is very close to my church, I drove in the following Sunday. I was barely out of my car when Curtis Wilson greeted me in the parking lot. I drove the car I had seen online but was too nervous to make a decision. Curtis continued to call me once or twice a week for the next month just to encourage me to come back in. By that time, I had decided I wanted a 2011 Sonata, with navigation, not silver or black. Because of his persistence and his knowledge, I finally made an appointment one Sunday after church. When I arrived, he quickly found another salesman to help me until he could get with me (which he did, less than 5 minutes later). We walked out onto the lot, and there was "my" car- a beautiful dark blue 2011 Sonata with navigation. Within a few hours, I drove my new car home. Even with the warranties , which Curtis recommended, it was several thousand less than I had expected to pay for what I wanted! Thanks, Curtis!
