Excellent Service

I went to this dealership with my mind set on a certain vehicle that i had already seen there. But upon arriving I found that the vehicle i wanted was sold already actually right before i had arrived. But the sales Rep and Manager did not want me to leave upset and offered me an even better deal than I could have imagined. I ended up getting a brand spanking new car at a great price. Needless to say overall I was very very pleased at the end of the day. Thanks Rick Case

Worst car buying experience of my life....the car is a ...

Worst car buying experience of my life....the car is a 2010 Elantra ..which I know we over paid for which is our fault. The car was a cash purchase. It was requested that gaps around the bumper and some paint work be done...however it was not. The car was dropped off and I was given a loaner car but when I picked my car back up the XM radio was turned off, the repair work around the lights was not completed and there was a piece missing (plastic) that runs around the front of the car. I took off work went back and was advised that the panel was missing when I dropped I off, but it wasn't, that no one knows why the XM radio was turned off and that we didn't request the work around the headlights which we did.. I requested the Carfax since it was not given to me and a copy of the form we completed requesting the repair work. The form showed that we requested the repair but they still argue we didnt. Long story short, repair said they didn't take he piece off the car (like they would admit that they did) , they told me to call about the radio which amazed me, and they refused to fix the bumper. Wow, I'm so mad we didn't go to Buford instead. I am not onl disappointed I am disgusted. The salesperson was nice but the dealership never admitted any wrong ..just brushed it off. I will never ever buy another car from here....and after this I have little faith in Hyundai. I am writing this review as I sit here at the dealership...tick tock.

Curtis Wilson of Rick Case Hyundai is an expert at guiding you through the car buying process. Whether you know the exact car you are looking for or are starting the process with an open mind, Curtis will help you discover the most important and relevant aspects for you to consider when leasing or purchasing a new or used car as well as the accompanying financing decisions. Ultimately, I ended up leasing an Audi A4 from the adjacent Gwinnet Audi (another Rick Case dealership). Because of this, I would recommend Curtis Wilson as a car sales consultant whether you are interested in buying a Hyundai or not. Quite simply, he'll listen to your needs, educate you about your options and help find the right car and financing for you. I'd also like to mention Stacy Settle who Curtis brought in as an Audi product expert to help educate me about every last detail of the car. He took quite a bit of time on our test drive in making sure that I was aware of each feature and comfortable with how it worked. Dan Praznik, the general manager at Gwinnet Audi was also a pleasure to work with in closing the deal. Being that this was my first leasing experience, he was able to explain the pros and cons of certain lease terms and ultimately he found the right terms for me. Overall my experience with Rick Case Hyundai and Gwinnet Audi was a great one. The staff there are just good people.

I recently purchased a Hyundai Genesis. They offered several financing options and although I had some credit challenges they were able to offer me a good rate. I would highly recommend them.

Curtis Wilson is by far the best car salesman. He not only goes above and beyond the expectations of finding you the car of your dreams, but educates you along the way. Curtis helped me find my car of my dreams by letting me test drive several cars and educating me on why one verses the other will be best for my lifestyle. I highly recommend Curtis and his salesman skills to everyone for he is great.

My fiancé and I absolutely loved working with...

My fiancé and I absolutely loved working with Curtis. He was very knowledgeable and answered any and all questions we had. Curtis was very patient with us as we made the decision to purchase a new car and did everything in his power to make us happy and comfortable. I was beyond impressed with his willingness to go above and beyond when he drove all the way to Tennessee to pick up the car I wanted. Before we left the dealership, he made sure we were comfortable with the car and made sure we knew how to work the important features. Since then, he’s followed up with phone calls and e-mails to make sure we know he’s willing to answer any other questions we have. In the end, Curtis made car shopping a fun adventure and I’d highly recommend him to anyone! Thanks!!!

Looking for a used car, I went to the website and found a...

Looking for a used car, I went to the website and found a 2007 Nissan Maxima for a good price. I did the Internet inquiry and called to make sure the vehicle was still there. I spoke with a man named Jim Thomas. He said he would work with me the following day. The next morning, a man named Raul from the another Rick Case location called and said that I should not have spoken with the first man since he was not even at the right location. (I had called the number listed on the website where the car was found) Because of this, there was already confusion with the car salesmen calling me throughout the day, even though I had made BOTH aware that I was at work. Then, when I got off of work, I called Raul to let him know I was on my way and inquired about directions. He said he would check again on the car, but sounded as though he wasn't sure now if the vehicle was there, but I told him I was on the way. After driving 30 minutes out of my way, he called back to let me know that the car was nowhere to be found. I figured as much since the price seemed very reasonably set. Then I heard from Jim that gave another version regarding the car's whereabouts. I thought the old "bait and switch" game was out of style now, but I guess Rick Case still employs that trick... Would never deal with this dealership again.
