I was completely blow away with the way Curtis took care of me and my family during our car purchase. He was energetic and entertaining and always wore a smile. This was my first car purchase and he really made this experience quick and painless. Even now when I have questions I give him a call and even on his day off he helps out as much as he can. I would recommend Rick Case and specifically Curtis to anyone I know!

Curtis Wilson honestly went above beyond to help me find the right car for me. He took his time, made sure I understood exactly what I was getting, and made sure I was happy with it. He even drove me back and forth around town to find an atm so I could take care of everything that day. Buying a new car can be a lengthy stressful experience but Curtis Wilson worked diligently to make my Hyundai Sonata experience a pleasant one.I got the exact car I wanted at a reasonable price. He was able to arrange a courtesy car while the dealer located the car I wanted. Being from out of town the delivery time was important and Curtis made sure my car was ready when I arrived. Everything went great. The first car I looked at was the color I wanted, had the features I wanted. I drove it, and bought it, and was in and out quicker than I ever have been when buying cars in the past. Overall, nice experience.

Cutris was very friendly, and patient. He spent hours with me, test driving various cars all around town. Not only did he make the trip amusing, but also relayed his own experience with the cars. His only shortcoming was his knowledge about the purchasing process. I was paying with cash, which seemed to throw him. But in the end, everything was resolved and with little to no headache.

I would like to praise Curtis Wilson for the execellent experience we had while purchasing our Santa fe. When we visited the dealership we were just shopping around to see what we liked, and had no intention of purchasing a car that day, it was, after all the first dealership that we had visited! Curtis was friendly and curtious while helping us make the important decisions as to what we were looking for in our new auto purchase, and he made us feel at ease about spending our money with him. Curtis was very patient with us finding a car that my father in law could easily get in and out of and had all of the bells and whistles important to each of us, he was even able to help us get new matching floor mats! We will absolutely be returning for our next auto purchase!
