While looking at other cars, decided we really liked the look of the Veloster and took it for a test drive and it won hands down for everything. Am very very pleased with the purchase and love the car. Marti was an excellent salesperson and handled everything with respect, effeciency and made the experience great. The follow-up has been incredible...Rick Case Hyundai is the BEST!

Marti at Rick Case Hyundai is the best...the whole experience from drving what we thought we wanted to the car we really wanted and bought, the Volester, was way beyond anything we had experienced with any other dealers. Ease of purchase and the efficency with which all things were handled, were hands down, the best ever. We are now driving the car we had been looking for to meet our desires and expectations. The Veloster is AWESOME and so is Rick Case Hyundai!

Curtis Wilson was knowledgeable and friendly. I honestly was not even on the market for a vehicle and he showed up at my house with a 2005 XG350. The car was in immaculate shape and he knew that was one of my weaknesses. Now I am the owner of a very nice car and I could not be more happy with how accommodating the customer service provided by Curtis and others involved at Rick Case Hyundai were. I usually would never again buy from a dealership because of bad past experiences resulting in small claims court. This experience however has given me hope of a better way to buy. I recommend Curtis Wilson to anyone looking for a high end sales experience from a personable, friendly and knowledgeable sales guy.

Mr. Olowu was extremely helpful from the beginning. I had some credit issues, and both the General Manager and the Finance Manager worked through financing so that I could get a good car. I was treated well by every staff member involved.

I am having a great experience with my sale representative Curtis Wilson, who is still in contact with me after purchasing my car July 16, 2011. Curtis took me out for a great test drive to show me how to handle the car and pointed out all the details and special interest points. After his tutorial it was easy to make a decision on the perfect car for me and my personality. Curtis has called me several times to make sure everything has been going OK and that I'm continuing to enjoy my car and driving experience. I mentioned to him I had not been feeling my best and he called a few days later to see if I was better, now that's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE. About a week ago I could not get my car started, I did not know what to do so I called Curtis, he talked to service and called me back and with the instructions to start the car and and a service appointment for three days later, which was at my convenience. Not to worry, the car only needed a minor adjustment. Curtis is great, he is personable, friendly, knowledgeable and informative. I recommend Rick Case Hyundai/Duluth and Curtis Wilson without reservations.

Curtis did a great job of helping us make a decision regarding our car purchase. He went over all of the features of the car and answered any questions we had. He was very patient when we asked the same question more than once. He took us on a test drive that covered some rougher road as well as smoother road and demonstrated the shifting features. He made us feel very comfortable and did not make us feel pressured to rush our decision. We would definitely come back to him when shopping for another car. Casey also did a great job. He explained things clearly and also answered all of our questions patiently. We came in with a good rate from our Credit Union and he was able to help us get almost a full point off the rate. He guided us through the paperwork and helped us understand the coverage offered by the dealership and Hyundai and how it compared with additional coverage we could purchase - again with no pressure. Both Curtis and Casey did an excellent job of making us feel comfortable. The car-buying process can be extremely stressful and it was a very nice to work with people who were helping us rather than pressuring us.

I don't normally write reviews unless my experience has been exceptional. One of the best dealership experiences ever, specifically working with Curtis Wilson has been a real pleasure. Curtis was very polite, knowledgeable and supportive. My impression was more talking to a friend than to a salesman or consultant. He made me feel like all of my questions are the most important he has ever heard and creates a relaxed atmosphere while shopping. He also went to great lengths to ensure my after the sale experience was to my satisfaction, which it was. Thanks for the great car, great experience, and I definitely recommend Curtis to all.

I cannot state how pleased I am with the attention, courtesy, and willingness to meet my terms for a vehicle purchase. I had not intended to purchase yesterday (I was only there to look at the Genesis); however, after meeting and speaking with Aron and test driving the vehicle, I was absolutely impressed. The vehicle itself has all the amenities and appointments I wanted for a price that was unbeatable. So although I didn't intend to buy yesterday, I drove a '11 V8 Genesis off the lot. What I want to stress is the customer service and homework that my Sales Consultant, Aron Vincze did. I had spoken to him barely an hour before I ended up at the dealership. He knew that I was looking at a '12 Maxima to replace the older Lexus I had. Within the hour, Aron had done research and was able to point out to me and my wife all the similarities and differences between Lexus, Maxima and the Genesis I was looking at. I was very impressed with his diligence and ability to find out what I wanted in a vehicle and what made the most sense to me as a customer. I was also very happy with his straightforwardness and appreciated the no high pressure approach he took. I would and will recommend this dealership, vehicle and sales person to my friends and my colleagues!

Just want to thank Deshannon Lewis for his knowledge of the Hyundai Sonata. And knowing the ins and outs of the business. Very intelligent and caring. Great customer service skills. Always made sure you were comfortable.You couldn't ask for a better employee. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had.
