I was happy with the Sales Person. The party who did my lease papers, Fitz Banks was no longer there within 10 days of the purchase. Frankly, I found out about it as I had a question regarding the lease papers and did not realize I had Mr. Banks cell number. I contacted him at another dealership in Albany, GA. He was most gracious with the responses I needed.

Fred Scott was my sales person. He did his best to get me into a vehicle. I ended up with a good car. His friendly manner made the deal. To bad we couldn't get the payment lower, but all in all it was a great deal. Great Job Dr. Barbara A. Caldwell

Maurice McMillan gave us a warm friendly welcome, He was very outstanding saleman. Maurice explain all the procedures very well. He even took the extra time to help set up the bluetooth , make sure the car was clean,full of gas. Mr. McMillan was our advocate with the managers..He was great and respectful young man. He listen and try to help. I will buy another car from Him..

Fred Scott was the Sales Consultant who helped me...

Fred Scott was the Sales Consultant who helped me purchase my used Accent. He was very courteous and attentive to my concerns. I told him what I could afford and what monthly payment I was comfortable with and Fred kept that information in mind while he selected cars for me to take a look at. He understood what I was looking for and was able to find it for me. I would recommend this dealer if you are looking for a nice used car and I would recommend asking for Fred Scott.

I must say that Emmanuel Kubandi, kept working with me no...

I must say that Emmanuel Kubandi, kept working with me no matter what, because my family was totally against me, My family just didn't want to have any part of the car dealing experience, just negative comments. Thank goodness, I had Emmanuel on my side, he was willing to go that extra mile. He was coming to get me if I needed a ride, or kept calling me, even if it seemed like I was loosing interest, and sending me pictures. This went on for a couple of weeks, and he never gave up on me. I like that kind of spirit. "Plus he had a lot of Patience" I hope that he will always remember me too. Specially when I come back for service. (Smile)

As much as I can't stand the buying process, I came away...

As much as I can't stand the buying process, I came away from this purchase a very happy camper. My salesman, Emmanuel, went above the call of duty and drove to Augusta GA in the worst rainstorm to bring a car with the features and color I wanted to Duluth. The car is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I feel my deal was fair and I was treated well. Oh, and the Genesis Coupe rocks!

DO NOT BUY AT THIS PLACE. I bought Hyundai Sonata 2010, this is my first ever car I wanted to buy a car nice and within in my budget. I did search and found that Sonata is the one which has all I needed. I found RICK CASE (Horrible place), went there. Sales person Emmanuerl Kubandi tries his best and is a nice sales man, but the problem is with GM and Finance People I mean both Casey and the other lady who works in Finance. Well after spending few hours found the car had a deal on the price. Than they take you to the finance people. WORST FINANCE PEOPLE EVER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are rude and make you to buy extra packages. They would not tell you the total cost adding but would trick you by telling for example its $1 extra per month and after you sign and find out that cost is $6000, they would pull out the paper and say "You signed here". Bottom line, if you happen to buy from this place be aware of the tricks of Finance and specially the rudest rudest GM Rick Case has, his name is Stephan Gronberg. I know they try to give good price but the poor customer service discourages me and specially when this is my first car. If Mr Rick or Rita happen to read this I have a suggestion. The customer service by sales department provided at your Hyundai Duluth, you would loose customers like me who just bought first car and will be buying again in near future. I like my new ride but would not go there to buy another car and would not recommend any one to buy from here. On the other hand they have one of the best service/maintenance people who work hard to satisfy the customers, I really like Monica in service she takes good care and I hope RICK CASE treats her well.

My wife and i were looking for a new Sonata after our...

My wife and i were looking for a new Sonata after our 2009 Sonata was totalled in a wreck 2/11/11. We went to Rick Case and met with Ken Hinger. Mr Hinger was a great saleman. Very patient. He showed us several cars all with different features to give us an idea of what was available in the new Sonatas. We test drove Three cars and decided on the one for us. Mr. Hinger was very helpful in getting us the very best deal and we left that day with our new car. I would highly recommend Mr. Hinger to anyone looking for a new or used car at Rick Case.

I purchased my 2002 Santa Fe in July 2002. I have been coming to this dealership every since way back when. I love coming to this dealership! The environment is so friendly. The people who work here care. Thank you so much for years of happiness. I will continue to come here, and I'm already thinking my next vehicle purchase would by another Hyundai.

No fuss. No muss. Mike was great to work with. I am a repeat Rick Case Hyundai customer (Sonata 2005 orignally and now a 2009 Genesis) and will buy again from them. They back up their service and product. Even regular maitenance and service is good labor value.
