From a 2004 Accent to 2013 Sonata
This is my second purchase from Rick Case Hyundai in Duluth. My 2004 Hyundai Accent was loyal for 11 years and it was time for an upgrade. Mike Green was the first person to greet me at the door; he provided me with plenty of options, from brand new cars to pre-owned. Mike was patient and accommodating on the day of the purchase, and ever since. He, also, did follow up with me on my new car the very next day. He went above and beyond to provide great customer service and experience. I would highly recommend Mike and the entire team of Rick Case Hyundai to any of my friends who are considering the purchase of a new car. Thank you guys for everything you have done so far for me!

Outstanding experience!!
I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Veloster from Rick Case and my experience is far beyond expectation. Ryshawn was the first person I communicated with, and he filled me in with important information that greatly influenced my decision to buy the vehicle. Rick Case offer a 10 year 100k warranty on their use vehicle. Usually this only pertains to the first owner, but Rick Case back their vehicle with this great offer. Ryshawn filled me in this, as I saw the same vehicle at different dealership, Not only do they offer this warranty, they were a lot cheaper. R.L. has made the transition extremely smooth. Phillip wa the F&I manager that wrapped up the deal for me.I was in and out no time. I only wish I lived closer to take advantage of their service department, as I would like to visit these two at the same time as I felt like I'm aide some new friends through this transition, Ask for Ryshawn and R.L.!!!

"KEN HINGER' AND "LEE FEIDEN" AND "JOSE' WERE ALSO SO HELPFUL. Experience not recommended
Today I went to this dealer to try to get a price of an SUV for a 36 month lease. A salesman greeted me and of course he had to go see a manager to get the price. My English is good, however I asked if anyone spoke Spanish, no one there did. I gave them more than enough information to put a deal together but they chose to wait for an appointment Wednesday with my husband, and refused to give me a price today. I felt they were treating me as a second class citizen, even though I am a full citizen, own my own business here, and I was ready to make a deal. I will not go back to this dealer because of the way I was treated. I NOT RECOMEMENDED this dealer if you look diferent than the people work there!!!

This was one of my most pleasurable large purchase in along time, the sales person was very careful in listening to the wants and provided top service, I think it was just a wonderful experience because its hard to find good customer service these days everyone is in a rush these days not realizing we all work hard for our money and need too take time to listen to the customer.
