Nice Change Of Salesman

I never write review's but I have to say out loud to the internet community that I welcome the FRESH CHANGE OF SALES PERSON IN THE ATLANTA AREA. I have been in the market for six months with being a Honda customer for over 10 years. I had been in the market longer than I wanted not by choice but by the tactics that most sales people in the Atlanta market conduct business. I ran into many sales people only looking to make profit not a long time business relationship or a "friend". I'm 34 and will be looking to purchase as well as spread the news about my next car for years to come. Now to my point..... I stopped by Rick Case Hyundai in Duluth ga on a Saturday morning and from the looks at it they we're very busy. I kind of made my way in and started looking around understanding that people we're busy I happened to be standing next to a lady who was buying a car from a salesman who she felt like treated her so well. I seen that they we're almost complete and afterwards I asked the gentlemen if he could help me. He let me know he could and that he needed to get me a water first due to how hot it was. (on a side note it would be nice for the owner to allow those guys to wear short sleeves to hot and most looked very uncomfortable). When he returned back he said he was not sure but he repeated his name to me and I let him know he did. The reason I am making a point to speak on that small part is because it was just the small beginning of the great concern as well as great service he provided. I let him know I was in the market for a 4 door sedan min options and a great price., the basic stuff I have been saying for the past 6 months. Here is where the Great Change comes in. Only Joe asked me question's in regards of details Only Joe asked me to take a detail test drive to really feel how the car run's Only Joe cared about the right car for me not a different color or option level Only Joe spoke to me and not at me Only Joe called me by my name more than once some guys didn't remember my name Only Joe looked me in my eye's when speaking to me. He was honest as well as very easy to speak with. You can tell he acts the same out of work as well in work. Joe let me know he was from south philly and if that is how they conduct sales then the Atlanta market needs to take some pointers. After I purchased my new Sonata he followed up with me everyday for at least one week. I finally had to let him know I was fine and for him not to be so concerned. Rick Case has did a fine job in hiring a Great person as well as salesman. Thank you Joe Harmer for your service and I will continue shopping with you as well as sending ALLLLLLLLLL of MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. It feels good to be friends with my salesman and not scared of being taking advantage of.

keep up the good work

I have been working with Darrow for a couple of weeks to get into a vehicle. I knew I had some credit challenges and it would be hard. However after a couple of weeks of trying to get my down payment money together. I came and purchased a like new Hyundai Sonata. Just wanted to thank Darrow and the managers at Rick Case for a great experience.

Alex was awesome!!!

Alex and I communicated through email for several days, before I went to the dealership. He let me know exactly what I needed for proof of income, and all the paper work needed before I showed up. Good buying Experience

Thank you for allowing Mr. Joe Harmer to be my sales representative. He was knowledgeable, personable and professional. When he found out I was unhappy with the 2014 Tuscon, he told me about the 2013 Kia Sorento that was on the lot. I fell in love with it as soon as I saw the pictures online. He called me that morning, I was driving out with my nearly new 2013 Kia Sorento. I am so pleased with the service Mr. Harmer provided. I will definitely tell others of my experience. Wonderful Car Buying Experience

Lack of knowledge

My wife took her Hyundai Genesis 4.6 in for maintenance services. One service requested was a transmission service. She got the car back and the transmission jerked and at times slipped. The service was not performed correctly. They did it again and all is ok now. However, I noticed on the paid invoice that no transmission filter was listed, which means that the new transmission fluid is installed with an old dirty filter. I called the service manager and was told that the Genesis 4.6 has no filter. That is absolutely wrong. The parts department has it listed. The filter for the Genesis 4.6 V8 is made in the plastic transmission pan/filter and should have been changed. The complete pan/filter should be replaced along with pan seals and "O" rings. More extensive training is needed for the proper maintenance of the Hyundai Genesis and Equus.

extremely rude

took my 2011 hyundai for a minor oil leak and was told that they would call me back i came back the next day cause i didnt receive any calls and found out that car was ready ,when i went inside to do the paper work found out that Sarah Morgenstern decided to do work on my car with out any permission when i asked why she replied that it was necessary (battery replacement) and was rude while saying that i asked her that can you returm it and charge it cause my battery is fine she started yelling which was embarrassing so i decided to pay and left never going back to this dealership
