We found the car that we wanted online, called the dealership, and made an appointment with Michael Green. Mike greeted us promptly when we got to the lot and we test drove two cars. Mike was very helpful and listened to our needs. We chose the car we wanted and began the negotiations. We reached an agreement and closed the deal, getting the price and the car that we wanted. Thanks to Mike and the staff at Rick Case for their help.

It all started when we got this video on my cell phone from a lady sales manager named Criss at the dealership. None of the other dealers gave us information about if the car was actually there, but she did. She sent me a video to show me the car and told me the other managers Lee or Casey would be there to help us, too. We knew what our Sonata looked like before even showed up! We decided to get a new Sonata instead of a used Sonata because of the 20 year warranty that Rick Case offers. We are very happy and cannot say enough! Miss Castle promised 3 things: great pricing, a good cup of coffee and excellent customer service from everyone. She was right. Everyone is very nice in person not just nice on the video. We will refer our friends and family to Rick Case Hyundai. Thank you!

Richard Williams spent a good deal of time while I checked out the car for me. He did the test drive, answered all my questions, found the color, and then went thru the financing with me, from beginning to the end. This is the fifth Hyundai I have bought over the years, and will definitely go back to this location, and Richard, for the next one.

I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Genesis and Mike Green was my salesperson. Mike was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and he made me feel very comfortable about the vehicle, and did not apply too much sales pressure. Once the deal was made, Mike paired my cell phone to the vehicle and he helped transfer a lot of items from the old car to the new car. I will definitely recommend Mike Green if any of my friends are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Great experience and would definitely recommend buying from them. No BS just great customer service. Went in looking at a used car and left with a brand new 2015 Elantra for my son. I explained our situation to them and they could have easily sold him the used car we were looking at but instead they took the time to listen and put him in a new car for the payments he wanted and he is extremely happy. I was surprised how easy my trade-in experience was with Mike at Rick Case. Mike answered all of my questions without pressuring me and seemed genuinely interested in making sure I had a great car buying experience. Coming in late on a Friday evening, I did not think I would leave happy, but I was more than satisfied with both my new Elantra coupe and the trade in value of my old car.
