From start to finish Mark was excellent to work with. I called to inquire about a vehicle during the evening and left a message, at which point Mark called me back. We talked through the deal, he patiently scheduled my visit later in the week to purchase the vehicle, and even picked me up from the car rental service when I arrived in town from out of state. If possible I will be going back to Mark again in the future. His professionalism, positive demeanor, and candor throughout the experience was a breath of fresh air.

Velko was very friendly and helpful. I was already familiar with him as my husband had purchased his last two vehicles with Velko. I had an idea of what I wanted to see, Velko set up a time and when I arrived had the keys to all the vehicles ready for test drives. He pulled up the carfax without asking, just all around helpful.
