Still Excellent

Just picked up a new Toyota Tundra from Sheehy Toyota of Stafford and was extremely pleased. I admit that the change to Sheehy has made me nervous, but this is the fourth vehicle we've bought thru this location and the one thing that has not changed is the straight-forward reliability of the Sales/Finance staff. As long as people like Rick, Shawn, Valerie and Mai around, we'll continue to be repeat customers. -TKJ

Buying a Toyota in Stafford, VA from Rick Suarez

Rick, at Sheehy Toyota of Stafford, was great to work with. I went into the dealership on a Sunday afternoon at 3:45 and came out with a great deal on a 2014 Toyota Camry at 4:15. It was quick and easy. Rick had just the car I wanted. He's easy going and knowledgeable, and not pushy. There was a little ding on the side door that I asked about, and he had a full buff and detail on the outside of the car for me to pickup 2 days later. it's clean and a smooth drive - love the Bluetooth system. It'll probably save my life - no more messing with my phone. I'm very pleased with the car. I'd go back to Rick in a second for my next car!

Fast, friendly and efficient service.

Working with Lee Ellerby, at Sheehy Toyota of Stafford was awesome. He provided fast, friendly and efficient service during the purchase of our new vehicle. What he told us what what he did, no BS. Dealing with Mike Felice for financing was equally awesome. The paperwork was handled so fast, we couldn't believe it! the dealership is definitely "user friendly".

Traded in a jeep for subaru

WARNING: Horrible Service Department

If you're buying a new car and expect the dealership to honor your warranties or provide you with quick service, look elsewhere. Please read the reviews on google about the horrible service department. You'll be asked to wait for hours and then told to wait for a few more. If a seven hour oil change seems reasonable to you, please note this is during a Wednesday afternoon when there are fewer customers, and it was scheduled. You'll be angry and frustrated that you lost hours of your life. I finally had enough of the proposed seven hours and told them to return my car. I should clarify that I was informed that I was bumped from my current wait time for new cars the dealership needed to sell, oh and I was not a VIP customer who did not pay extra. Buyers go to another Toyota dealership. Trust me, you'll be grateful you did when you need that oil change every few months or any other service that won't be fully honored.

WARNING: A full day oil change- horrible service

Two things for everyone to consider- first, if you get good service, the dealership guilts you into filling out one of these reviews, and never mentions it to those that had horrible customer service. It stands to reason they want to fool most individuals to come into their dealership. I scheduled an appt for an oil change, expecting to be done in about an hour, certainly not more than two hours. Under Sheehy's customer service however, I was told when I arrived seven cars were ahead of me. I returned an hour and half later to ask for something out of my vehicle. At this time I was told four additional cars had jumped me in the queue and I would have to wait an additional two hours. Not only would I have to wait for more than four hours, chances were I would have to wait longer because cars kept jumping ahead of me, despite the fact I scheduled a time. There were about ten Sheehy people all socializing among themselves, so I couldn't understand how the dealership could be so far behind. I should note, this was a Wednesday afternoon, a day I picked intentionally to avoid the normal weekend crowd. I was told by the service team that new Toyotas that they are trying to sell get bumped ahead of customers like me. I'm not VIP customer, so I could continue to wait with two preschool children or take my business elsewhere. So, buyers be aware- if you buy from Sheehy they'll only be nice to you as long as it's necessary to buy a car, then when you need to get a promised service, they'll do everything in their power to ensure they don't have to give it to you. I miss Rosner and am sorry they have been replaced by Sheehy. Sheehy has the worst customer service I have ever encountered from any dealership. Imagine having to wait for an oil change for upwards of a full day. If you are not a VIP, that's what you'all get. Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere to buy a car or get it serviced.

Local Dealership with Great Customer Care

I purchased my second car from this dealership this weekend. Both of my car purchases with Sheehy Toyota were discussed and negotiated with Yeneneh Girma, who is NOT one of your typical car salesmen that can in some ways stress you out. Girma is very soft spoken and he asks all of the right questions up front. He seems to care more about you as his customer and tries to make a good fit with the car that you always dreamed of purchasing. I was able to get my dream car and I could not be more happier right now...l love the color and all of the new features it has. This car purchase was a great experience made possible by Girma! Also, their finance guy, Ray Perez Leon, who was promoted to his new position in the Finance department, was super nice as he went over all of the new car paperwork on their new processing system that is computer generated right on top of his desk. This dealership is heading in the right direction for future car buying.....smiles

Made a deal over the phone from North Georgia, they held the car for two weeks as well. Much better service than I could find local.
