Our experience with Sheehy Toyota of Stafford began with interaction by email with Rick. Rick was very professional and accomodating to us visiting the dealership kind of last minute this past Sunday, 2 hours before they closed. He passed me to Doug who we found very funny, honest, and knowledgeable about trucks in general. I initially went looking for a Dodge Ram I had seen online that was no longer available. He then showed me a 2013 Toyota Tundra that I ended up purchasing that was a better truck overall, lower mileage, Toyota certified with a 7 yr 100K factory warranty -- all in all a better truck. The price was too hard to pass up. We were very pleased with the complete experience.

Rick was very friendly and helpful. I was there to buy out my leased vehicle. He helped me and was able to lower the loan terms that I had come with from my bank.

Since 2002 I’ve purchased 4 brand new Toyotas and several used cars from Sheehy Toyota of Stafford. This time I called an old, dear friend in upper management, Mr. Patrick Fox, and gave him my demands and intentions. He said someone from the sales department would be calling me back. Seconds later, Zach Upton called me and told me that a brand new Yaris would be exactly what I needed. This purchase very unique because it was all done over the phone. Zach tended to my needs personally, drove and picked up the car from another dealership, then washed it and fueled it up. All I needed to do was swing by and sign some paperwork. Truly no hassle. These guys always go above and beyond.

Went in looking at one 4Runner and Doug was able to find me exactly what I wanted in a cheaper version of the 4Runner. In and out in one day. Way too easy.
