Overall amazing service and very helpful staff, that alone was the reason I gave 5 stars. Derek was great to work with, very easy to talk to and work with to get the truck I was looking for, highly recommend! However, the used truck had ~4 open recalls upon sale that I was not made aware of at sale and had to find out myself days later through the Ford app and other online sources. I understand the car is sold as is, and they are under no obligation to fix anything before sale, but it doesn't make my experience great having to go through multiple dealerships and not having the truck I just bought for ~3 days because of something that I had hoped the dealership would have handled before listing the vehicle. Still, Joseph was very helpful in providing a complimentary vehicle and consistent updates on the status of the repairs.

Tried to buy a truck here that they advertised online as having an MSRP of 106k. It showed they were giving an “AutoNation Discount” of 10455 since it was older inventory. It looked like the TRI k was missing equipment that was listed in the window sticker and when I pressed the dealership about it they admitted that they had removed equipment that was on the Ford Factory Wind Sticker to make their “AutoNation discount”. In this case it was a 4200 factory winch. That isn’t a discount it is fraud and false advertising and if I would have bought this vehicle from them it would have become theft since they weren’t disclosing this anywhere. The manager, Mr. Aaron, told me this is a regular practice at this dealership. Tried to contact the general manager but no one will call you back to discuss concerns. Stay away from AutoNation Ford Kath Texas.

Stopped by AutoNation Ford Katy about an hour before closing after wasting half the day at another dealership, and I’m so glad we did. Byron took great care of us from start to finish. I had an approval by the end of the visit with full transparency, no pressure and no runaround, just honest service. The entire team, from sales to finance, was professional and efficient. Highly recommend Byron and AutoNation Ford Katy. This will definitely be my go-to dealership for future purchases for myself and children that will need cars!

REACHED OUT TO AUTONATION FORD IN KATY AND TALKED TO MANAGER HENRY SANCHEZ THAT QUICKLY TOOK OVER AND PROFESSIONALLY HANDED ME OVER TO SERVICE ADVISOR DONOVAN TO GET MY RECALL DONE IN A VERY TIMELY MANOR FROM ONE DAY TO THE NEXT. THIS TYPE OF SERVICE MAKES ME NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR SERVICE AND EVEN MAKE A FUTURE PURCHASE AT THIS DEALERSHIP.

Trevor made the process super easy and fast. Glad we were able to get the truck with the liner and tinted windows. The service.is remarkable. I spent an hour and a half between the paperwork and getting to know the truck.
