The service representative Mickel is a man of his word, my 2022 F450 had transmission issues and auto nation ford replaced it without any issues. Mickel kept me informed throughout the process he told me 1 week and he delivered on time.

Our sales rep, Dani Toranzo was amazing He answered all of our questions, did not do annoying follow up calls. He only asked if we decided to buy to please ask for him which we did. He even was able to work out the price we wanted to pay.

It took over an hour for them to come and low ball me. then ask me to stay behind and work on price together. it shows me that you guys are unprofessional.

This is the absolute worst car buying experience of my life. Hours and hours at the dealership just sitting with nothing being accomplished. They sell cars before they are inspected and ready for sale. I will never purchase anything from this dealership again and would recommend others to stay away from this place. There are too many dealerships to put up with this nonsense. First vehicle had a bad transmission. Second vehicle took over a week to get ready and it took another week to get my paperwork for my transaction. I was in the dealership over 12 hours total over a several day period.

We had an amazing experience at AutoNation Ford Katy. We buy lots of vehicles, and we were out of the dealership after purchasing our truck within 3 hours. Super fast service and great deals!
