I am a little disappointed that your company would not

I am a little disappointed that your company would not offer to fix such little things like the right side mirror turn signal and puddle light and the right A/C louver on our car, even though it was brought over from the Gulf Freeway store. With things being so hard to fix with special tools and tricks, I thought that was not an imposition. The dings in the windshield is different even though we did receive the car early evening in the dark and could not see them. Other than that, we are pleased.

I had an excellent experience at AutoNation Ford Katy. From the moment I submitted an online inquiry, their manager Oscar reached out and made me feel confident they could help me find the right vehicle. When I came in, I worked with my sales representative, Diego Sanchez. He was attentive, patient, and really listened to what I wanted. He showed me great options, and once I found the vehicle I loved, he worked hard to make it happen. What stood out most was how the entire team stepped in to help. Diego, Oscar, and the finance manager, and Pati all worked together to match my aggressive request and make the numbers work. They were transparent, professional, and truly committed to earning my business. Thanks to their effort, I walked out extremely happy with both the vehicle I got and the deal we made.
