I’ve had a great experience with Autonation Ford in Katy. I purchased my truck and was met with courtesy and professionalism. I never felt hurried or pressured during the transaction. The automotive care department is also excellent. They were very thorough is diagnosing and fixing the issue. They also communicated well and kept me informed during the repairs.
