When I buy a certified car I expect that all auto parts

When I buy a certified car I expect that all auto parts (electrical, engine and any other) are in good condition or have been replaced with new ones. I'm only 20 days old with a certified car and I've found a…only ONE part that should be brought back in top condition, but the staff at the Ford dealer says I need to buy it. Why do they sell a certified car and then act like I bought it in the condition it was in and that they wouldn't answer for anything?.

The service at this dealership is awful!

The service at this dealership is awful! I will never go back! I needed service, but I had just purchased a new tire. I gave specific instructions about how I needed my tires rotated. They did exactly the opposite. I also was having problems with accessing my spare tire. I asked for that problem to be fixed and for my spare to be put back on. They put the spare on but did not fix the problem. However, I was told that the problem was fixed. After paying for my service, I got in my car to find the troubled part sitting on my console! I called my service advisor over and he proceeded to give me the run around. Then I spoke to the service manager who never apologized and became very rude and obstinate. This was the second time in a month that we have been treated poorly by this service team. We are done! I will find someone else to fix my car, and I will advise everyone I know to do the same.
