We went to this place to purchase/finance a truck.

We went to this place to purchase/finance a truck. In the beginning the customer service skills were there. But first I asked my husband to take a look if this place, my daughter came along, we find a car then we find a sales rep, Justino was there to help us with the process. After the required documentation I was assure that my income will be sufficient to move the financial process than a few days later they informed me that they run my credit, WITHOUT MY CONSENT, I specifically told them that I didn't want to. Justino was working with Jaime his direct supervisor and he was the one that informed me about it. We decided not to pursue with the purchase since there was something fishy about their sales strategies that. I finally decided to talked to Jaime and ler confront him about the situation were I didn't give a consent for running my credit. He said that he was not there during our conversation and he was not aware of Justino sales fishy strategies. I told him that I will make sure that my experience will be on Google reviews which he immediately ask me not to mention his name, I said if you are in Justino team you are very aware of his actions so now you will need to face the consequences. I WILL GIVE THIS PLACE A 0 STARS IF I COULD, BUT FOUND ANOTHER PLACE WERE YOU CAN FIND GOOD SALES REPRESENTATIVES WHO RESPECT YOUR REQUEST AND DONT SEEM TO BE IGNORED... RUN FROM THEM WHILE YOU CAN.

Stress-Free Buying Experience

I recently visited Autonation Ford Katy and had a wonderful shopping experience. Ask for Manny as he is one of the most informed, honest, and considerate salesperson I've met. I ended up buying a used Lexus and the no-haggle policy was a delight as it took away the stress of negotiation. Will recommend this place without any reservations.

Service doesn?t service your car

My 2021 F-150 was dropped off around 9am and I didn?t get not one call or text, if I didn?t make the attempt to get an update they wouldn?t have called. So I called around 2:50 and someone said Dustin my service advisor was at lunch so I called back around 6pm bc I still hadn?t heard back he then tells me he was ?just about to call me but I beat him to it first? then tells me that they were going to need the vehicle additional time to get the car serviced bc they didn?t have time to address my check engine light all they looked into was the rattle that I complained about coming from my passenger side. He then said that was bc my 4x4 button was on and they turned it off. So what did they do after the turned the button off? NOTHING they didn?t look at my car at all. I work at another car dealership and don?t have the time to bring my vehicle over and over again I certainly don?t like my time being wasted. I spoke to the manager and he said they were a ?specialized center? that they have specific techs for certain things?my xxx I know when someone lacks a doing their job when I hear it. Not only did I receive poor service my truck still rattles and I still don?t know what?s going on with the check engine light. TERRIBLE SERVICE. The GM is more than welcome to call me to address this issue.
