MB of Houston North - Top Notch Experience

E550 is quiet and powerful. Everything I expected in my first Mercedes! The Team at MB of Houston North is really top notch ... professional, courteous, accommodating, and efficient. Trenton Hamilton was my client advisor and he was great to work with. I had done my homework and knew what I wanted. I drove a car, they found one with features I wanted in another city, and I picked it up two days later. Easy-peasy.

It was a very good experience

From the time satarted with the internet person to sales person and the finance person it was a very good experience. I was pleased with our the price of our trade and we are very pleased with our new car. I will do business again with Mercedis Houston North.

Great buying experience

Josh T. and Chris T. were both working with me. No pressure, they just tried to find the right car for me. They did. Even though I was there after closing time on Saturday doing the paperwork I did not feel rushed or that I was putting anyone in a bind because of the late hour. When I took delivery of the car the next week Chris took time to go over the multimedia package until I understood what all it can do. They made me feel as though I was the only customer in the dealership. Excellent experience.

Best buying a car ever!!!

Louis our salesman was very nice. He told us more than we knew already about the car purchased and made the process very simple to buy. I love our car?and it handles remarkable for an old lady of 62 in the SLK convertible. I am very happy and pleased.

Chris Norman

When I arrived, I only had intentions of "looking around". When my salesmen Christopher Taylor provided more information about the selections and options to purchase I quickly became a buyer. professional setting

SLK 250. smooth leasing process. Wait time for the finance department was a little high but you can feast on the free ice cream.
