I schedule at my convenience, and the waiting area is nicely set up with comfy chairs, coffee, treats, and wi fi. People are all happy and friendly. Aysa Anzaldua greeted me when I arrived. She was very professional and took care of my needs quickly. The day was so busy that there were no loaner cars available so I had to wait at the facility. I had my 5 year old special needs daughter with me. Instead of putting us in the waiting room and forgetting about us Aysa came and checked on my daughter and I several times. After about 30 minutes Aysa approached me stating that she had found me a loaner car and offered it to me. It is very hard for my daughter to be in one place for extending periods of times so this was greatly appreciated. Thank you very much Aysa!
